Sixpack, Abs, washing board stomach... we all want it!!

As you know I am working as a personal trainer at City Gym, Sydney. I love my job. I feel privileged to be able to work with what I love the most, training. I have been in the fitness industry for 14 years and can't see myself do anything else in the future.

As the mercury is rising and the clothes gets lighter and lighter the gyms get more crowded for every day. Some people want to loose a few kilos, others put some muscle on but one thing most people have in common... ABS. A flat, tight midsection and in some cases, changing the keg for a nice cool six-pack before hitting the beach are high up on the wish-list.

As I see it you got two options. One, wait for santa to arrive and hope that he will give you the six-pack you always wanted or two, get started with a new training and food regime.

This is the reason why I have been asked to write an article about abs, and abs training for City Gym's magazine. I shot a couple of images a while ago to go with the story and the one below is one of them.

If you happen to live in Sydney, come past City Gym in a few weeks and grab yourself a copy of the magazine. Then if you still want that washboard stomach.. get started and do the hard yards.
